Staff was very helpful with baggage storage and other aspects, even providing nail clippers. While the asakusa location is generally inconvenient the metro access to oedo and jr lines was nice. The bed and bathroom set up was comfortable.
Room walls were dirty and the walls were thin, making hall noise very bothersome.
Convenient location, friendly staff, good value. Even smoking rooms (I dont smoke) did not smell of cigarettes
I loved the level of comfort that we felt from the staff who were also all completely respectful and so nice to us the entire time. We felt so safe with not only leaving our belongings in the room while they cleaned but we felt an overall safety for ourselves. Amazing hotel!
I wouldn't change a single thing about the hotel
Very good location close to the Asahi building and just a 3 minutes walk from the Toei metro and an 8 minutes walk from the Tokyo Metro. It is just two doors away from the Bandai buildings. Internet (with cable) free of cost in the room and free wifi in the lobby.
Free Wifi quality is poor. Also, during our stay, they performed and annoying fire simulation which they handled very poorly. I went downstairs with my wife and they gave no information. The weird thing is that they performed another one a few minutes ago.. One which we didn't join.
It is very close to Sensoji temple, and very close to Kurame station exit A5 by walk, out of the A5 exit and turn left then turn left again at the corner then you will see the hotel on the left hand side. Moreover, the hotel price is fine if compared to the location and environment there.
It takes time and money if you want to go to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku (20-30 mins) and cost around 420 Yen each for round trip.
the window of frame is too crazy, I never see before worst I have stay ,even bad then china or india,it is japan i canot believe.
1. Check in time and no curfew. 2. Near subway
1. Room is small. 2. No have drinking in the room.
The rooms were small but cosy. The location is fantastic for exploring the city with easy access to the subway. Rooms are cleaned everyday. We loved the chisun hotel and would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Thank you :)
The only negative is there's not enough room for two suitcases on the floor, we had to store one on the dressing table.
Virtually everything. It was very quiet and a great, easy-to-find, easy-to-access location for the price.
The heater ("Air Conditioning") was difficult to adjust. Even on "Off" it was still too warm with the window open, in December!
